The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York is closing on March 13 until further notice. New York state has at least 400 confirmed cases as of Friday.

Disneyland Resort and California Adventure in Anaheim are closing their gates beginning March 14 through the end of the month.

Over in Italy, all museums are officially closed until at least April 3 to prevent further spread of the coronavirus. The entire country is in quarantine, at least 15,113 people have been infected, and 1,016 have died, as of Friday.

The Tokyo National Museum is indefinitely past March 17. Japan reported over 1,380 cases and 25 deaths as of Friday, and many attractions in the country are closing for at least two weeks to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.
